1. Who I Am

The AI Enabled Finance is operated by Petar Ivanov, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. For any privacy-related questions, contact me at peter.at.ivanov@theaienabledfinance.com.

I am the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

2. What Data I Collect

Email address — when you subscribe to receive the 25 free AI Finance Prompts or the newsletter, you provide your email address. This is the only personal data I collect directly.

Analytics data — I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time spent, approximate location (country level), device type, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

I do not collect: names, phone numbers, company details, financial data, or any information about how you use AI tools at work.

3. How I Use Your Data

• Email address — to send you the free prompts, occasional updates about new content, and information about Members Hub access when it becomes available.
• Analytics data — to understand which content is useful, how people navigate the site, and how to improve the platform. I never use analytics data to identify individuals.

I do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For email subscribers, my legal basis is consent — you actively opted in by submitting your email address. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

For analytics, my legal basis is legitimate interest — understanding how my site is used to improve it, with IP anonymisation applied to minimise privacy impact.

5. Email Service Provider

Email subscriptions are managed through Beehiiv. Your email address is stored on Beehiiv's servers. Beehiiv is GDPR-compliant and their privacy policy is available at beehiiv.com/privacy.

I do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Analytics Provider

I use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your email is removed from my active list. You can request permanent deletion at any time.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months, which is the minimum Google Analytics allows.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, if you are located in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email I send

9. Cookies

This website uses cookies for Google Analytics only. These are analytics cookies that collect anonymised usage data. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use any part of this website.

10. Children

This website is intended for finance professionals and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided me with personal data, please contact me immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy when my practices change — for example, when the Members Hub paid subscription launches. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Significant changes will be communicated to email subscribers.
