We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

2. What Data We Collect

Email address — when you subscribe to receive the 25 free AI Finance Prompts or the newsletter, you provide your email address. This is the only personal data we collect directly.

Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time spent, approximate location (country level), device type, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

We do not collect: names, phone numbers, company details, financial data, or any information about how you use AI tools at work.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Email address — to send you the free prompts, occasional updates about new content, and information about Members Hub access when it becomes available.
• Analytics data — to understand which content is useful, how people navigate the site, and how to improve the platform. We never use analytics data to identify individuals.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For email subscribers, our legal basis is consent — you actively opted in by submitting your email address. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

For analytics, our legal basis is legitimate interest — understanding how our site is used to improve it, with IP anonymisation applied to minimise privacy impact.

5. Email Service Provider

Email subscriptions are managed through MailerLite. Your email address is stored on MailerLite's servers. MailerLite is GDPR-compliant and their privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Analytics Provider

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our active list. You can request permanent deletion at any time.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months, which is the minimum Google Analytics allows.
